Using natural light is a really wonderful and beautiful thing … but when it’s raining and you have a session scheduled, it makes for a nervous photographer (and family, too).   I was sitting in my car and huge drops were falling and yet … right as the session started, the rain stopped and the sun came out.

I was so excited to work with this family … I hadn’t seen their oldest boy in almost two years and the last time I saw their mama she was pregnant with this sweet-faced little girl.
